Dominic: I’m Anglo-Irish, but I’ve lived most of my life outside Ireland, in the UK, France, Spain, Argentina and Chile. I love the contact we have with our Airbnb guests and enjoy doing all I can to make their stay in Santiago as good as possible. As well as transfers to and from the Airport, I do personalized guided tours of the great places nearby the city such as Valparaiso, Isla Negra (Pablo Neruda’s house on the coast) the wineries in the Colchagua and Casablanca valleys, The Maipo Gorge (Cajón del Maipo) or the ski resorts. Please let us know if you’d like more info on any of this. Mariana. I’m a journalist specialising mainly on food and travel and have published various books on the subject as well as three novels. After living for many years in Argentina and Spain, I settled back in Chile. We’ve been renting the apartments for over two years and I love mixing with the guest as much (or as little) as they desire and giving them all the info and tips I can (especially on food and drink!) so as the help make their stay as delicious as possible.
