You get what you pay for. This listing is even better in person. I booked a weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday - and she was absolutely over the moon about this location and all of the amenities. With a full party of 8, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Close to downtown, easily accessible to beaches, and tons of fresh caught seafood options. (Wife loves a solid seafood boil - and there is a fresh catch seafood market within walking distance!) Theresa is responsive, and a superb host. We had zero issues. And surprise! There’s even a pool table! Whether you want things to do around Chatham, or prefer to stay in - this location gave us both.

We had a fabulous week at Theresa’s beautiful home in Chatham. The home is both beautifully designed and set up for maximum comfort. It was the perfect space for our family of 6. The town of Chatham is super charming, with great restaurants and accessible to great beaches. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need including a full kitchen, beach chairs and towels. The pool table was also great fun and we spent many hours playing. Theresa was extremely communicative and very flexible with both check in and check out.

The SurfShack was an exceptional stay! We felt right at home with all the amenities needed for our family and dog. The place was clean, beds comfy, a washer and dryer was a plus. Theresa was wonderful from start to finish. The town of Chatham is adorable and we loved being close to the Center of everything. Would 100% come back!

Fantastic home! We loved the location, walkable to so many things. The house itself was even cuter than we expected, a perfect spot for our girlfriends’ getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, the quality of all the amenities, and all the special touches Theresa clearly thought to put into the home. We had the absolute best time!

The space is great. Well appointed. And: there’s a private outdoor shower! Close enough to walk to downtown Chatham; the pier; Chatham Bars Inn. Theresa was fast to respond to questions I had prior to check in, as well as once in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
