Ketul needs to improve his communication with guests - share address promptly without guest having to ask and any other instructions that the guest would need at the flat like water timings etc. While he is a new host and hopefully learning the ropes (have also passed on specific feedback), the flat could do with a coat of paint and better overall cleanliness.

The place was good and peaceful. It gave us the home type feeling. Ketul was responsive and helpful during the whole stay. He tried his best to give us the best experience. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to others.

The airbnb was in extremely perfect condition with all the amenities and services being provided as mentioned. Ketul, our host was extremely helpful and friendly in nature and clearly communicated all the things. Would love to come back here
