Welcome to Joie de Vivre Lake House at Toledo Bend. The sunsets on the lake are really something that pictures cannot capture. Nestled in a deep-water cove right off the main lake, with a boat house with 2 boat lifts and a fish cleaning station. All furnished, this quaint (3) bedroom (2) full baths home with lots of open kitchen and living room space to enjoy the beautiful views of Toledo Bend out the windows across the back of the house. It’s definitely everything you are looking for.

Perfect for the men to fish while the ladies got to relax. Cleo was very proactive and communicative- all instructions were very clear.
This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Cleo was super helpful & friendly no matter what questions were asked! We enjoyed the peace & quiet. I will 100% recommend this to others and think it is priced right! Cleo is the best host with everything you need!!
The place was comfortable. It had a great private dock. Good fishing cleo was very nice and was quick to respond to you for anything you needed.
