I really struggled on whether to say anything, but I am doing so to help other guests considering booking this place. My main issue is I reached out to them to ask how far it was from the beach. They replied with 880 feet. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk if you are walking FAST. I thought we were staying right on or across the street from the beach. Not 20 minutes away. The ice maker and water in the fridge didn't work. The left sink in the master didn't work. When I arrived and we turned on the bathtub, it flooded (they did come and fix it). The door going out to the screen porch was so impossible to open, that even my 9 year old couldn't get it open unassisted. The screen on the porch was broken so we got eaten alive. The gym is super old and junky--nothing like the pictures. I should have requested a refund for the crazy prices we paid!

It was the perfect spot for my family to relax for spring break. Easy beach access and pool access. Very nice neighborhood. Would love to come back.

Great location and perfect for our family get away! Would definitely book again next time we stay in Destin!

Visiting Destin is always great and staying here was excellent.
