The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, "40 inch" TV, wardrobe, desk with chair; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed, wardrobe; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, table with chairs, "32 inch" TV; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, balcony; - BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, air conditioning only via split A/ C (ONLY in the hallway/ entrance), phon.

El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa. La recámara principal es muy amplia. Cuenta con otra recámara pequeña con cama individual muy cómoda. En la cocina comedor hay otra cama matrimonial que sin embargo no obstaculiza el tránsito por el espacio. Nosotros llegamos en autobús a Mestre y caminamos hasta el departamento sin problemas. La ubicación es conveniente incluso para ir a Venecia, pues se atraviesa la calle y se toma el tram. La entrada fue autónoma pero Michelle estuvo atento a todas nuestras preguntas. En las estancias en Venecia se paga un impuesto de 3 euros por día por persona a través de la aplicación del check in o en efectivo.

Departamento acogedor, limpio y ordenado. Cerca de variados comercios y del terminal de trenes y transporte en general. Zona tranquila, Muy bien ubicado y a pocos minutos de Venecia. Rocomendado!!

Do not miss the Palazzo Podestabile, today the building is home to some municipal offices, the prosindaco and the public hall of Mestre. Art lovers can also visit the exhibitions of the Candiani Cultural Centre, the Toniolo Theatre and the art galleries of the city.
Connoisseurs of good wine, in particular, will not be disappointed along the "Stradon del Vin Friularo" south of Padua or the "Strada dei vini del Piave".

- From Venice Santa Lucia station you can take the bus N15 "Mestre - Stazione Ff.ss" to the stop "Mestre Stazione FS", just 5 minutes from the apartment.
- If you are travelling by car, it is possible to park free of charge (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the paid parking "AVM S.p.A.", in Piazzale Leonardo da Vinci, just 7 minutes on foot from the property.
