We were attending a freinds birthday and needed a safe place just to sleep for the night. The pin drop location on AirBnB was NO WHERE near to the actual location, not even close to Harties, over 38 minutes drive, to BRITS, we traveled from JHB to Harties (Over and hour) and then would have had to drive ±38 minutes in the dark, at night to find accomodation that was no where near the pindrop location on the map, which is how you search for accomodation on AirBnB. So we had to sleep over at our friends, who was already fully booked but thank heavens they made a plan for us. NOT only is it completely unethical but actually pretty dangerous to lie about your location. You pretty much stole my money, and put us into a dangerous situation, driving around trying to find you on dark roads at night. Hope no one else falls for your scam, as this is exactly what you are doing to people.

fisrtly they had pictures on of their massage beds and the bar and one or two of a room that seemed nice. she disnt respond to my messages. we arrived, after hours of searching and driving around we came to a gate at a very unsecure place. we had to hoot the horn to get the lady to open the gate. she was not herself and not prepared for guests. the room was filthy with animal feaces on the bed. we did t feel comfortable at all. she also notified us that there would be a band practicing their music next to our room and called it a "music village" we didnt sig up for that. i am dissapointed and disgusted. to pay money towards a respectable name and it is a mess.

Peaceful place worth the time I needed away from home. The hosts are so respectful of our space. The staff did their thing without bothering us. I’ll definitely go back again. It’s got a lot of history which is what we love about the place.
