Our one-bedroom apartment, suitable for up to 4 people, is designed to provide you with a beautiful and comfortable stay. It is modern, intelligent, and sophisticated, located in Equipetrol, the best area of Santa Cruz de la Sierra! (safe and close to everything) and near many of the best tourist attractions. We offer you a privileged location, surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and much more. The building is modern, 7 stories high, and has a dream terrace with an infinity pool, barbecue grills, an event hall, a co-work space, a panoramic view of the best area of the city, and the endless greenery of the Santa Cruz landscape. The facilities are new and were inaugurated in January 2024.

Lourdes’s place was great. It’s located in a nice area, within walking distance from different restaurants and shops, and just a few minute drive from other parts of town. The apartment felt comfortable and safe. And the communication with Lourdes was great as well. Would recommend.

El departamento de Lourdes es perfecto para hospedarse en Santa Cruz, en una zona agradable y con buenos restaurantes. El departamento es nuevo, muy bien ubicado y tiene excelente zonas comunes. Mis hijos amaron la piscina. Lourdes es una gran anfitriona, responde rápidamente, da recomendaciones de lugares y actividades y nos dejó unas galletas de bienvenida deliciosas!

Our apartment has a special agreement with a safe taxi line, which can pick you up from the airport and take you to the apartment (at a preferential rate). You can also rent them for half a day or a full day, or get cheaper rides. To do this, please contact the host via messaging and request it in advance.
Similarly, if you walk a few meters, you will have access to several urban bus lines at the corner.
