Had a great stay with Boris . Very responsive and some great recommendations around the area. Loved the facilities that were available. Place is close to the train and tram which makes it easy to get everywhere. It was my first time staying in a shared space but Boris is really easy going which put me at ease. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne. Shoutout to Cosmo the cat!

Having stayed in hawthorn from 1960 to 66 it was great to be back and stay in area ,bitt of r reminsing , apt couldn’t have been better , great host easy to speak to and found he was interested in what I did , came and went as you pleased , hawthorn is a great place to stay may be I’m biased, outdoor pool and sun loungers, great cafes , shops etc and 5 minute walk to station, where train takes 10 minutes into city ,where you can sit on floating bars on the yarra river , watch the world go by only 1 thing , boris place is perfect , without having to pay fortunes in city , it’s like having own house , not to mention pool and sauna , he even took me down to the station a few miles away, where I needed to go to my next port of call , def be back

I loved my stay at Boris' place, it really was a home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable and Boris is an incredibly generous and kind host. The neighbourhood is probably one of the best in Melbourne to base yourself, close to the city but without the crowds, beautiful terraces and every type of cuisine you could hope for! It really was a joy to stay there. Even though I was busy with work I enjoyed coming back to the neighbourhood and apartment at the end of every day. I wouldn't hesitate in choosing to stay here again. Thank you Boris and Cosmo for being the best hosts

Great accommodation, highly recommended. Boris is such a nice guy, very responsive, friendly and helpful…. Bedroom and Bathroom are spotless and complete private… Felt like own House.
