The apartment has a location 20 meters from the sea. there is a wonderful view from the balcony, you can enjoy coffee in the apartment with a sea view. The apartment is very comfy. It has a lot of facilities like : smart TV, 2 air conditioning and free Wifi and neccessary kitchen appliances. Near the apartment there are Sports Field overlooking the sea. This can be accessed by everyone free of charge. Near the promenade, there are also markets and restaurants below the building. The apartment has two bedrooms .The first one is king bed size and the other one has two single beds and a big sofa where you can sleep.The rooms have everything neccessary bed sheets and towels.

We had an excellent time at Shkelzen’s place! Such a beautiful suite, so many activities around the neighborhood. We felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. The beach is right across the road. Highly recommend for couples or families!

We are a family of 3, 2 adults and 1 toddler, stayed a long term in this place. First off, the apartment is equipped everything for your long term, and of course short term stay. Fast WiFi, never had an issue to work remotely. The host was helped us to arrange the transport from Tirana airport, provided us lots of recommendations for the long term stay. He is always very responsive and friendly. The apartment area is beautiful, you can easily access to the sand beach or little rocky beach on foot. The city bus stop is a just around corner, so it's very easy to access to go out or shopping. Or just long stretch walk along the beach side. We had a great time in this apartment and hope we will be back to stay again!

Neighborhood are very friendly and quiet.A good part of the biulding is frequented by tourists.
There is a tennis court,basketball field and football field nearby the building.
There are a lot of facilities like :markets,bar and restaurants,the beach and promenade that is very frequented by local people and tourists where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset .
