The place was fantastic. Location was great.
Sam’s place is a good find in Lake Havasu, it overlooks a golf course and lake and mountains and is within walking distance of restaurants and the London Bridge here The property has plenty of facilities including two bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. I can imagine it can easily be used for a longer term let than the overnight stay we had and it would be perfect.

Amazing views & great location. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and the heated pool was amazing in the cooler weather!
Location and views from Sam's place pretty much can't be beat in LHC. Communication and instructions were excellent. Carpet in the entryway had that "just been rug doctored" dampness and texture to it when we were there if you're nitpicking, but everything else was just perfect. Quiet place in the heart of town and an easy walk to London Bridge. Definetly recommended.
