Such a gem of a find! We had a truly wonderful stay here and it was perfect for what we needed. Lesley and Gerry are such lovely hosts and they went out of their way to make us feel at home, from the excited wave when we drove in to showing our young daughter around her bedroom; they really care about their guests. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked - thank you for the breakfast selection, homemade cakes and your hens’ yummy eggs! The little touches around the house were very thoughtful, too. Our daughters (1 and 3) felt right at home and were kindly accommodated for. They also loved the resident tortoise! NB if you have young children then there is a large shower that you could fit a toddler bath in if needed. The property is attached to the owner’s house and everywhere is safely enclosed with electric gates. Newtown Park Playground is local and good for the kids. We’ll remember our stay fondly, thank you again!

Lesley and Gerry were friendly and welcoming hosts, obviously wanted us to enjoy our stay and they went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and at home. We had a lovely peaceful stay.
