Set in tranquil countryside this was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was an excellent location for visiting the area and in particular, the lovely Charlecote Park.

We desperately needed a quiet, private, comfortable and cosy break with some countryside around. We got precisely all of this, together with a warm welcome, clear instructions and helpful information regarding local walk possibilities and current issues with the local roads. Some flowers were delivered for my wife - for her birthday - and Simon's wife, Jane, beautifully arranged these in a vase before bringing them to us. We cannot comment on the TV as we spent all our time resting, catching up with each other and eating! We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a comfy, cosy space to simply relax in.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely woodland setting. Beautiful views from flat and very quiet. Simon was very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t need local information as we know the area. It is ideally located for visits to Stratford on Avon and for exploring the local area. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality china and glassware. Comfortable seating in lounge area. Very comfortable bed and wonderful views from bedroom. There was a nice paved seating area outside with lots of spring flowers dotted around. Easy access from M40. We really enjoyed staying here and intend to use it again when visiting family in the area.

This is our 3rd stay in the loft house and it is perfect. Lovely views, quiet, comfortable, a great location and everything you could you could need for your stay. Simon was a great host and we would highly recommend it.
