Then you can head for Northside Park, Viking Golf&Go-Karts and Fenwick Island State Park. Additionally, right at your stay, you can relax to a glimmering shared pool. You will find your comfort in every breath of your atmosphere around. Welcome to Ocean City and our home! Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you will truly enjoy our cozy apartment. We do our best to provide you with everything that you may need so you can feel at home. Raffles condominium is located on 127th Street, next to Northside Park. Our two-story condo is on the third floor. Please be aware that the entrance into the condo requires walking upstairs, as there is no elevator in the building. The location is ideal for relaxation, walks, kayaking, and watching live concerts and fireworks (every Sunday from June until Labor Day). We are very close to the supermarket Food Lion on 118th Street. There are many places to grab breakfast or dinner nearby after a long day on the beach. The ocean is only two blocks away, a 5-10-minute walk. Our apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. In the freezer, you will find disposable ice bags; your one-time Welcome Kit includes regular coffee, Splenda, regular sugar and a selection of tea. There is a counter with bar stools. The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart TV with free Wi-Fi. Through the living room, you will find the sliding glass door that takes you out to a sunny balcony with a view of the pool. The downstairs closet features a washer and dryer that are available for the duration of your stay. You can access the second floor via a spiral staircase. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. There are two wardrobes. In one, you can find additional blankets and pillows. In the other one, you can find an iron and iron board. In the bathroom, we've provided a hairdryer and clean towels, as well as a soap and shampoo-conditioner. Please note that some decor may change as we work on improving the condo. We want you to have fun, be safe, and enjoy your stay. Please treat the space with the same respect as you would your own home. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during your stay.
