Our experience at the Bayline complex in Armacao de Pera was overall enjoyable. The apartment, situated within this attractive building, was tastefully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a convenient pool and gym onsite. The availability of good parking and the smooth check-in process added to the convenience of our stay. However, being located facing the roadside meant some noise disturbance, and while the beds were adequate, they were notably firm, affecting the quality of our sleep. Nonetheless, we appreciated the modern comfort and amenities provided during our stay.

Communication is definitely not great. Pool towels were not available as said in instructions (even after asking 2/3 times, they only sent back an automated message, which also confirmed pool towels available - they are not as of 24th April 2024, as per Bayline's announcement. But the worst part was not that. The house was clean overall, but there was a major mistake as there were used towels inside a bedroom wardrobe. One of them was even brown... I messaged the Host immediately, and they clearly did not acknowledge how serious this hygiene issue can be. The result was a 4 nights stay, and the towels were still there upon our check out :( After the 1st day passed, after reaching out to Airbnb too (Airbnb acknowledged and provided me a refund, ty for that), but clearly the host needs to learn a valuable lesson here. For me it was "easy" to just NOT use the wardrobe and leave my luggage on the floor. But other guests might not be so understanding. I hope this review will help improve.
