On entering this property there is there is an additional sunny snug, perfect for curling up with a good book. Stairs lead to the first floor. A well equipped spacious country style kitchen with Aga (not routinely lit) within a feature brick surround, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, the dining/breakfast room area is located just off the kitchen which comfortably seats six with double opening doors onto the sunny patio/dining area.
