Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this is the perfect base for walking or cycling. The market town of Louth is just over 7 miles away and provides wonderful independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Market Rasen racecourse is just over 16 miles away and Cadwell Park is 2 miles away and has fantastic events on throughout the year. The Lincolnshire coast is a short drive away, at a little over 20 miles, Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea boast long sandy beaches and cracking fish and chips! The historical city of Lincoln, sitting just 22 miles away is home to the stunning Lincolnshire Cathedral and Lincoln Castle and the city itself is steeped in history and character. Walking into the property, you enter into the large kitchen, which is well-equipped and looks out into the conservatory. There is lots of space to cook, with plenty of side units, perfect for making a lovely evening meal. The conservatory is a light and spacious room, with views over the open countryside, and often the neighbourly horses can be spotted in the fields beyond. There is a small sofa in this area and a lovely dining table where you can enjoy your meals together. The living room can be entered through the conservatory or from the main hallway and has a large TV and plenty of soft seating. When night time calls there is a king-size bedroom, a twin and also an additional bedroom with trundle bed, perhaps for additional alternative sleeping arrangements. Each room is lovely and light, with colour accents and feature cushions, adding to a homely and cosy feel that runs throughout that property. Completing the property in the family bathroom with a separate WC. Outside is bench seating, with white picket fencing, and a nice sized grass area that looks out over the surrounding fields and countryside. By the side of the property is a small brook, that brings a bit more nature into this lovely serene garden that offers the perfect space for alfresco dining or enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
