This place is in the middle of nowhere in the best way. A short drive away and you’re by some of the country’s most beautiful mountains and lakes, full of outdoorsy people and good times. Overall, the place was very clean, spacious, very well priced, filled with amenities, full shower and comfy bed and slept like a rock. Robert was an absolute pleasure, and if I didn’t get there so late, I’m sure we could have talked for hours. I’ll definitely keep this on my list of places to come back to!

If you have a chance to stay at Robert's place, do it. They are very hospitable and nice people, wifi is strong and reliable. We would definitely stay over again!

For a stay in the NEK, Robert and Giselle offer the perfect spot and their warm hospitality. Plenty spacious, clean and adorable, and surrounded by the pristine beauty of Vermont; the word that comes to mind is idyllic.

The Grey Chalet is a true home away from home. Robert & Gisele are THE textbook examples of phenomenal Airbnb hosts. The Chalet is sparklingly clean, well-located, and peaceful. It has a cozy atmosphere and is stocked with snacks, breakfast items, and small amenities that really help make you feel at home. It's easily accessible off VT 58, and the hosts mark the turn-in clearly, so you cannot miss it. The Grey Chalet also has great WiFi. Robert & Gisele provided local insight and written directions to places in the area. Both are extremely knowledgeable about the area and made great suggestions. They even gave us some fresh bread they had made. They were super responsive during the booking process, as well as during our stay. We actually drove up from West Virginia, and Robert provided us with some suggestions on routes to take. If you are in need of a place to stay, jump on this gem. It was one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had.
