May and the caretaker were very responsive and friendly. They even helped us get back baggage that my uncle left in their van. The place had good AC and space for us. It is close to sari sari store, SM mall, and Robinsons. Our complaint is that the place was dirty. There was stains on the blankets, boogers on the side of the bed, dirt/stains on the sinks, bathrooms were all wet when came, and many bugs: ants in the kitchen, cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, many mosquitos and flies everywhere. We tried to clean the place ourselves a bit when we got there so we would be more comfortable. If they clean it better, we would maybe stay again.

The space was clean and provides AC in all areas of the house which was nice. not as spacious as i thought but accomodated our group of 4 well. I wished one of the rooms had a double bed instead of a single but it was ok. walkable to both Robinsons, and SM malls. also provides a secured place as it is a gated community. Amazing stay and will recommend. 😊
