The 1961 Colombia vintage trailer has the spirit of a Retro-Mod. The original wood was preserved where possible and there are other areas where new materials have been installed. All units located at Zero are built in, making them tiny homes with private spaces. We incorporate permaculture methods such as grey water systems, rain water harvesting, a greenhouse, design methods that incorporate the re-purposing of materials, and an overall attempt to live congruent with the environment. Our grey water system provides life giving water to our plants as certain ingredients can be harmful to them, we provide bio-compatible soap & shampoo.
