We had a group of 8 - all rooms and beds were spacious and as described. Each room also had their own ensuite. Kitchen and lounge were spacious and opened directly onto the pool deck. Everything was super clean Hosts were extremely responsive Highly recommend this hidden gem to any type of groups.

Très bon séjour passé dans ce superbe appartement qui convient à tout les critères familiaux, entre amis etc.. Situé dans un endroit calme et non loin de beaucoup de restaurant, location de scooter et massages. Hôte très réactif et d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Ne pas hésiter à y faire un séjour.

This is a great option for a family or a large company. Everything is new and clean, you can cook yourself. The service is like in a hotel, the staff is very responsive and tries to help in any situation. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. I definitely recommend this wonderful house to everyone who wants to stay on the cozy Kata beach, on the sunny island of Phuket. thank you very much especially from my little boss😁

The villa was very good and everything was professional. The assistance Whats app group was polite but unable to assist in any of our problems apart from the Wi-Fi password that we did not discuss at the check in. I asked if there was any available property’s to book for after we check out but no response. I also asked if for advice as all the TVs in bedrooms had no connections at all, no response. I asked about local taxi recommendations for tours as advertised by the host and was told to book myself on grab. Everyone was polite but didn’t seem willing to make effort. Only a small downside to the experience but this is about feedback.
