5 stars, absolutely recommend Truong Phu House. Stayed here for a night in Hue, very very cute place, very clean, great staff, a cute outdoor area to chill, good location if you want to stay inside of the first section of walls but away from hustle and bustle. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight train ride, and the staff were happy to keep our things while we explored a bit of Hue, and let us know when the room was ready for us to check in. Thank you for having us!

It's hard to put into words how our amazing our experience at this hotel was. The high-quality products used in the rooms (weighted blankets, quality pillows and mattresses), the good taste and aesthetics (see website photos, our family room is exactly as shown) the professionalism (Trang's exceptional smile and friendliness, even when being berated by aggressive and lying clients), the service (solutions to our requests of all type) and the attention to detail (mosquito repellant and electronic swatter) made our stay and once in a lifetime holiday. Thank you very much to the whole team and especially to Trang, who is a kind and genuine person like no other.
