Located between the two towers at the Ka’anapali Honua Kai Resort, this contemporary appointed second floor Villa, built in 2019, offers a sunset facing view of the neighboring island of Lanai. The location of Luana Garden Villa 6D offers a unique blend of a feeling of privacy while still being only steps from Ka’anapali Beach, resort pools, and the other Honua Kai Resort amenities. The two sets of private stairs from the lanai (balcony) and front door allow easy access to the Enclave’s pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Guests and family will enjoy all 2000+ sq ft of the luxurious interior living area. You will enjoy premium appliances, fixtures, the fully furnished living areas, with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation. Notable villa features include an inviting kitchen area with Bosch stainless steel appliances and all the needed kitchen items for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Sliding pocket doors open to reveal a spacious 500+ sq. ft. elevated lanai area with plenty of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has a partial ocean view and an outdoor kitchen complete with its own Coyote BBQ grill, sink and refrigerator. A spacious laundry room features a full-size washer, vented dryer, and sink. The Three bedrooms offer family friendly luxury with three king beds, one in each bedroom. There are two master suites, each with a private lanai and ensuite bathroom. The king bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two XL twin beds. The third bedroom accesses a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa allowing sleeping accommodations for 8. This Villa features a private driving entrance and garage with one garage parking space. There is also an additional parking space in the Villa’s driveway. Inside the garage you will find beach chairs and an ice cooler for you. This is a family friendly Villa. I’m so happy we found this place to stay. It was a last minute trip that we planned and have 6 of us so the 3 bedroom option really helped with space and avoiding fights with the teenagers on who gets what bed. We would love to come again and stay there. Perfect location. I really appreciate their responsiveness and suggestions for shopping, beaches, restaurants, photographers, etc. Maui is beautiful and this is just a perfect spot to experience it.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous villa, located in an excellent spot! Dennis was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our requests were met promptly. The villa itself was spacious and incredibly relaxing; we found ourselves tempted to stay in rather than head to the nearby pool. Speaking of which, the proximity to multiple pools, hot tubs, and even a waterslide was a huge hit with our kids - they absolutely loved it! We're already looking forward to our next stay here!
Have to say, you won’t be disappointed in this property. It was newly listed but Dennis handled every question we had from the very beginning. We knew we were in excellent hands. The property was spectacular, the kitchen had everything you needed and it felt like a luxury hotel, beautifully decorated with king size beds in each room and brand new built-ins in closets to unpack. The sliding patio doors opened up the entire space and was something we did constantly. It made the space even more peaceful and relaxing. Dennis was so helpful at giving a list restaurant recommendations and activities. When we checked in we had an active local manager who texted and was willing to help with any of our needs. You will be 100% satisfied with this property. It is gorgeous with a short walk to a beautiful resort pool and spectacular crystal blue beaches where we saw dozens of whales and sea life. Will definitely stay again!!! Thank you so much Dennis! Our family loved Maui and your property!!

From Kahului Airport to Luana Garden Villa 6D
8.0 miles - From the Airport exit using the Mayor Elmer Cravalho Way, RT 36. It will turn into Highway 380 or the Kuihelani Hwy.
16.0 miles - Turn left at a stop light onto RT - 30, the Kuihelani Hwy. After about 15-20 minutes of driving toward and then along the ocean, the highway will move to the right up the mountain as you are now on the Lahaina Bypass, RT 3000. After an abrupt bend to the left you will be on the Keawa extension as you head toward the Ocean.
4.0 miles - At the stoplight turn right onto Hanoapiilani Hwy, Hwy 3000.
0.2 miles - Turn left at the stoplight onto Kai Malina Pkwy. The cross road to the right is not Kai Malina, it is called Halawai Dr. There is a rental car lot at that corner on your right
- After your left turn drive past the front of the First large Hokulani Tower and curve to the right past the parking area. You will see the Luana Garden Villas on the left.
- Turn left at the first road once you are in the Villa Area. There will be mailboxes on the corner.
- At the end of that short road take the last left turn and you are at the Villa 6D. You can park in and/or in front of the garage.
