This home is perfect for families in need of an extended stay. Ideal guests have been those awaiting new construction, closing, or dislocated from their current home. Also a popular property for business travelers who need a home away from home. This is NOT a home for parties. If you rent this property and attempt to have a party you will 100% be busted. I'll come at you like a honeybadger :) Outside of that I an super chill and gracious host. The home is 3 beds with 2.5 baths, large dining space, entertainment space, office space, kitchen, and very private outdoor space completely fenced. Dogs welcome with prior approval.

Eric's place was a real find during my out-of-state work trip. Located in a quiet, safe, nice neighborhood while still being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, & the highway. It made it easy to go to work, run errands or grab a bite to eat w/o having to travel far. The fact that it's pet-friendly was a huge bonus for me, as I planned for my girlfriend & our two dogs to join me. Having a fenced-in backyard provided a safe space for our pups to roam freely, & the neighborhood was great for walks. The interior has this great mix of vintage, bohemian, & artsy vibes that really give it character. The house was fully stocked, so getting settled in was a breeze. Eric, along with his brother Kevin, the property manager, were both friendly, & easy to talk to. Always quick to respond whenever I got in touch. The place is just like the pics & description – no surprises. I would highly recommend this property to anyone & would stay here again!
Excellent location, very close to restaurants and to the Cowboys stadium. Place was very spacious (it was 9 of us). Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

This place was amazing! We had a group of ten people and it fit us perfectly! The house is stylish and fun and great for a weekend stay for a group of friends. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked and had plenty of space to hang out. The home was well stocked with games for the family to enjoy. My only critique was that some of the furniture, the tv screen saver and a wall hanging had nude women on them, which made it not very family friendly. We ended up hiding the furniture with a blanket, hiding the picture on the wall so that they wouldn't be a problem, but I had to be on guard if the screensaver on the tvs turned on.

I am your host Eric, known to many simply as “E”. I’m a cornfed boy from the fields Ohio and a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Education and another in Recreation Administration. Life has awarded me the opportunity to visit and live in some amazing places. I spent nearly a decade living abroad working for the Department of Defence in the Andalucian Region of Spain. My time as a civilian with the military and living abroad gave me an immense appreciation for culture and diversity. Multiple road trips, a big family, and wonderful friends have landed me in nearly every state except Alaska and Maine. They are definitely on the bucket list though! The roots of “E” are truly in Johnstown Pennsylvania where my grandparents immigrated to from Yugoslavia and where much of my family still resides. It’s in Johnstown where the seed “to be a host” was planted. As a teen I watched my uncle take the oldest home in Cambria County from an abandoned shell to Rolling Stones Acres Bed and Breakfast. In college, I spent several summers and weekends working there thus, instilling in me an innate sense to do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable.
