This place is very new and the amenities are great. The location didn’t feel the safest, but we were just there on a business trip. We did have a problem getting the HVAC to work and multiple bathrooms didn’t have working lights. A big challenge was the communication with the property management company. The whole process was very frustrating and after the booking we were sent a whole bunch of excessive rules with a LONG list of fines if we didn’t follow all their rules. The whole process never felt welcoming at all and it was a huge turn off. We also told them about the HVAC and lights not working and they never came to fix any of it. Every time we messaged the host, we were talking with someone new that never cared about helping us. They also wanted us to signup on their website to access the key code for the unit and they wouldn’t put any of our reservation details or access instructions in AirBNB. This was very annoying. The place was nice though.

The whole entire house was beautiful on the outside and inside. It's 3 floors high so if you cannot walk up steps this is not for you . The host was helpful but it's a few things that can be better far as having somebody actively nearby to assist with issues and having a better cleaning crew . other than that, Both units was amazing and the beds was very soft. I would give them another try since its newly built.
