Nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our home is an ideal base for families to holiday together. With beds for 10 (& travel cot available) & a large open plan kitchen / living area with wood burner, families can enjoy the comfort of our home and facilities. Our extensive gardens have BBQ, picnic area, pizza oven & fire-pit, plus lots of grassy areas for outdoor play and wide games. Roe Valley Resort and Country Park, beaches, Roe river and the mountains are all on our doorstep. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 10: Downstairs twin room, and second room with a double and single bed. Large downstairs bathroom. Upstairs large bedroom with ensuite- 2 bunk beds and a single bed Cot bed available. High chair on request. Large kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine, American Fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Open living space with plenty of sofas and seating, large fire, TV, large table seating 12. Snug room with fire, TV and sofas. Children’s toys, books, board games. Use of the house, grounds, fire pit, pizza oven. Washing machine in the outbuilding.

Had a great time at the big house the hosts were very accommodating. Met us on arrival to give us a tour around which was helpful to make our stay as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend

Our home is the ideal location for a fun filled activity packed holiday for all the family!
The beautiful Roe Valley Country Park and Hotel is a 5 min drive away where you can explore the many walks in the country park, book in for a swim, spa or beauty treatment, visit their restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner or simply go to the lobby for a morning coffee and scone!
Drenagh Estate is only 5 mins drive away, a popular wedding venue with The Orangery cafe/restaurant on site open to the public.
We have the stunning north coast only 25 mins drive with all the variety of beaches and coastlines to explore.
You can choose to admire Binevenagh mountain from our house, drive to the top to enjoy the stunning views or actually climb it!
Benone Beach resort is only 25 mins drive with outdoor paddling pool, tennis courts, crazy golf and cafe.
The town of Coleraine is only 20 mins drive away with the North Coasts favourite Entertainment centre- The Jet Centre. You can watch a movie, go bowling, play mini-golf or entertain the kids in their soft play and party centre. They have one of the best arcades in the area and are home to the Asian-fusion restaurant Yoko.
The City of Derry is also only 25 mins from Limavady with its wealth of history and culture to explore as well as the variety of shops and eateries.
If you don't want to drive for an hour, you can take a short ferry crossing from Magilligan, to get you to Co.Donegal where you will find more beautiful secluded beaches, walks and places to eat and drink.
The famous Giants Causeway, Bushmills and Ballycastle are within a 45mins drive.
If you want to stay local, Limavady has plenty to offer. It is a market town that boasts some of the best independent retailers and local produce in the area as well as a variety of locally owned coffee shops and pubs. Our Arts and Cultural Centre has a varied programme of events throughout the year for you to enjoy. There is a large new Accessible Play Park and extensive public football pitches in the town for all ages to enjoy!
Buses are available from Limavady town centre and surrounding areas.
A car would definitely make your stay much easier to plan. There is a bus service to Coleraine and Derry and local taxi firms. A train service runs from Bellarena Train Station to Derry or Coleraine, but you need to drive to it.
There are plenty of local on street car parking spaces and car parks in Limavady town centre.
