For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with 1 queen size double bed, 1 sofa bed (sofa can be converted into 2 single beds), closet and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, dresser and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa bed and smart TV; - Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, conventional kettle, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 4 chairs; - 1 social bathroom; - Nice balcony; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 uncovered parking space. * NOTE: it is necessary to climb stairs to access the property. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated.
