Absolutely loved this place & wish we had discovered it earlier, or had stayed longer. Exactly as you see in the photos, the pool with the waterfall, each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs with ensuite closets and bathrooms and A/c, spacious kitchen, living areas and outside area with swing, this was absolutely lovely. Felt extremely safe, very stringent security (which is great), walking distance to restaurants and Walmart express, great choice of restaurants to be found at either entrance to the property, off the 307 or on Ave Huayacan. Mark this top priority for our next visit to Cancun and the Riveria Maya. A big thank you to Oscar Jose and his colleagues for being so helpful and so nice to us.

The home is better than I thought it would be in person! For starters, it’s well kept, natural sunlight and bathrooms and bedrooms everywhere. It’s great for a small group, family or couple. As soon as you walkin you’re greeted with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the waterfall pool & I must say the sound of the waterfalls was very soothing and welcoming in celebrating a milestone birthday. Oscar and his concierge staffing and security at Residencial Cumbres made me feel safe and comfortable, just like at home. I’m a New Yorker, so we’re naturally meticulous and selective. This was a great pick in my opinion. The downsides, the security could be very strict but it was still cool. Uber eats and transportation is the way to go if you’re staying at the plush pad. Ohhhh and it has washer and dryer which was so incredible for a longer stay. Bath/pool towels and extra pillows available in walkin closets. The place is massive. Nicely done, Oscar. I’ll be returning and booking soon.
