The complex is within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment offers hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by stairs and is arranged over two levels. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area for four people and a lounge seating area, furnished with a sofa and a 49¨smart TV, plus Apple TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lower terrace can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and benefits from a lounge seating area. There is also use of the extra fridge on this terrace and views to the pool, beachfront and sea can be enjoyed. Follow the steps up to the roof terrace to enjoy a whole level of outdoor living and entertainment. The roof terrace is furnished with a large lounge seating area, a dining seating area, sunbeds, a shower, a small table with high stools and a gas BBQ. For the hotter days, the awing can be opened to cover the better part of the terrace to escape the sun. Stunning beach front. pool and sea views can be enjoyed from here. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a 49¨smart TV with Apple TV and an ensuite shower room. This bedroom has direct access onto the lower terrace. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and has access to the guest shower room.

We have been in Spain for a few months and have stayed at many Air BNBs. This is the best one by far. It has a clean, modern kitchen with high-end pots, pans, glasses, etc., and two spotless bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony (top and bottom) was excellent. The WIFI works. There is a wonderful walking boardwalk and beaches. The same goes for restaurants; there is plenty to see and eat. We were happy, and we would rent again.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmachvoll renoviert, die Küche hochwertig ausgestattet und die Lage für Strandspaziergänge super. Schöner Meerblick, alles ist so wie auf den Bildern. (Wir konnten die Terrassen leider nicht nutzen, da es die ganze Zeit geregnet hat.) Die Kommunikation mit Matthew verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten nach dem Check-out etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und konnten dieses dann auf unserer Rückreise zum Flughafen im Büro abholen.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderbar. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles wirkt sehr sauber und neu und hochwertig. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und hell eingerichtet . Das Highlight sind natürlich die Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben es einfach sehr genossen hier zu frühstücken oder einfach in der Sonne zu liegen. Die Appartementanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Direkt neben der Anlage ist ein Beachrestaurant und ein Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Ein Supermarkt ist in 350m zu erreichen. Für uns war es auf jeden Fall gut ein Auto zu mieten, denn man hat viele Möglichkeiten von Ausflügen in der nahen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Matthew war hervorragend. Auf Fragen hat er sofort geantwortet und eine kleine Reparatur wurde sofort erledigt. Alles in allem wirklich top. Wir werden diese tolle Aussicht vermissen und sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen.

Sitio de Calahonda is a large urbanisation between Marbella to the east and Fuengirola to the west and is part of La Cala de Mijas, Mijas Costa. Calahonda has grown to extend from the coast up into the wonderful green hills, and although there is a lot of development, Calahonda has managed to maintain a natural and rural environment and many green areas including 4 golf courses.
Calahonda is more like a small town and offers every amenity to the residents. There are commercial centres with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, shops and bars and a large array of sports facilities including a gym as well as tennis, padel and squash courts, and water sports available on the beach. Calahonda is a short distance from the marina of Cabopino, were there are more restaurants, bars and great sandy beaches to be found, as well as the pleasure of gazing at the yachts and boats.
There is a seasonal tourist road tram to and from the coast and the upper part of Calahonda that runs along the main road through the urbanisation. Calahonda also has an access point to the toll road, making touring around the Costa del Sol and the many towns and villages in the vicinity quick and easy.
