20 minutes away from piazza Duomo, San Siro Stadium and Rho Fiera Milano. Only 10 minutes to reach Allianz MiCo on foot. Metro lines 1 and 5 less than 500m away. Immersed in the non-stop motion of the city center you'll find a quiet space which conjugates, on one hand, the silence of both the park and the nature of the aromatic terrace and, on the other hand, the services that the shopping district just 5 minutes away from the appartment offers, as well as the comfort of a central location. Bright and spacious design loft with a big panoramic terrace. There is one king size bed on the mezzanine, one double bed and one sofa bed if needed. You'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (after 6 nights) and a bright bathroom with a big shower.

Our stay at Paolo's Airbnb in Milan was simply outstanding. Paolo was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and even a list of local tips for exploring the city. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and boasting a breathtaking view from the balcony. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the sun during the day and the stunning city lights at night. The abundance of plants and herbs on the balcony added to the charm. Paolo checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and the location of the apartment was ideal - close enough to the city district yet peaceful. We also appreciated the supermarket within walking distance, offering a surprising variety of Italian products. The nearby fountain and chill spots were delightful discoveries. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to book with Paolo again. Grazie mille for a truly memorable stay!
Appartamento bello ed in un quartiere molto tranquillo, vicino a City Life ed alla metropolitana. Nel complesso buona esperienza da rifare, casa molto funzionale e di design, con tutte le dotazioni, letto basso tipo futon e con un balcone pieno di piante e panoramico. Insomma tutto bene, consiglio solo a Paolo una migliore pulizia, in particolare del bagno e del soppalco e di sostituire i tessili, lenzuola ed asciugamani che non sono in linea con la qualità dell'appartamento. Il secondo letto è su di un soppalco carino ma disagevole da utilizzare, non adatto a persone di una certa età.
Nos encantó, la zona es espectacular! El anfitrión siempre se mantuvo al tanto y fue flexible con el horario de salida. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

This gorgeous apartment is located in a lovely Milanese neighborhood. Paolo was a wonderful host who made us feel at home and was always there to answer any questions that we had. It is beautifully decorated in honor of his mother's passion for design. The outdoor garden and balcony were breathtaking! Strongly advised.
