Excellent stay at a beautiful and unique home!

The place was not at all worth the price: - There's no curtains on the bedrooms. It was hard for me, and for my kids to sleep - Some things are falling apart - pulling a towel made the thing it was hanging on come off - Some things were not at all maintained. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi (cool!) but when my kid tried to use it, there was black gunk all over the place. Doesn't feel great to have that sprayed on your child - They didn't set the door code (it was supposed to be four digits + four digits of my phone number) and so we had to call them to get another door code (also, the instructions were totally unclear and mentioned a lockbox that didn't exist) - Some things, like the wifi password, were "in the house manual" ... except there was no house manual left - All the windows are single pane, so you can hear street noise very clearly at all hours

Very clean, fun architecture, convenient location but unfortunately the street noise was a bit much to consider coming back for a future stay.

The Del Mar house is how it is on the website. We had a great time during our trip. It is so close to the beach and restaurants. Had a great view from the house. We all had a great night sleep, the beds are so comfortable. The whole house is pristine clean. Had everything that we needed, brand new appliances. I highly recommend this place. Will stay here again.
