We were in Cleveland as a family for our daughter's college graduation, and chose Rick's house to spend the weekend. It is such a lovely home, with thoughtful touches throughout, plus so welcoming and well organized. The house was very easy to find, to check-in, and close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood as well. I highly recommend his place! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Rick!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Rick’s place! It was tastefully decorated and comfortable for our group of 6. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Charming and wonderfully appointed property offering great value and just a few minutes by car to downtown and waterfront, or OH City, zoo, etc. Nice central location to the area's many attractions and our host detailed them all in a great summary of sites and dining options. Would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit, with plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples.

My stay was fantastic, the house was clean and decorated very well. It was super inviting and accommodating. There was a book with recommendations to any part of the city which was super helpful. Nice kitchen and dining room table with living room attached so everyone could be involved. Rooms are cozy and decorated well with two full baths. The patios are an awesome feature and loved the extra space. The location is awesome, just close enough to downtown (10-15 minutes) but far enough to not be in all the noise. Rick was great as a host and super responsive and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to stay here !
