Very nice place. 25th floor, balcony with great view. Area is very peaceful, close to BTS station. Not many street food around, or was there too short to discover them :) Access to swimming pool and gym on the 8th floor.
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Buay’s apartment. It’s located within walking distance to 2 BTS (Ari & Sanam Pao). The apartment is well equipped, there’s a gym and swimming pool within the building. Best thing is the apartment is on the high floor with a view over the city. There’s lots of restaurants & cafes around the neighbourhood, and a supermarket within walking distance.
Everything as advertised. Afternoon sunset on the balcony was perfect. Paid my electricity deposit on arrival. On leaving was charged exact amount I had used. You can trust the owner a 100 percent.
Sehr gut! Gute Beschreibung des Check Inns und gute Aussttattung! Ari und Umgebung hat einiges zu bieten und ist dabei sehr ruhig und nicht zu belebt. Die Preise in der Umgebung sind allerdings etwas höher als im Durchschnitt in Bangkok. Aussicht auf die Stadt von der Wohnung/Balkon sind atemberaubend. Fitnessstudio, Sauna und Pool sehr gut und etwas ganz besonderes. Klimaanlage Kleiner Minuspunkt: Herd ging nicht einfach an- ansonsten war die Ausstattung aber sehr gut. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

The Area is called Ari, it is an upscale commercial and residential area slight North of Bangkok center. It is very similar to some part of Sukhumvit area but much quieter and localized.
There are many office buildings, during day time plenty off street vendor all around you do not have to worry about something to eat. Walk toward to Soi Ari many options of local shop Such as Thai, Chinese, Korea food are all around. Including community mall and massage place at Soi Ari. Called La villa.
You are very welcome to our place, it is one of the great locations and best area in Bangkok.
** 3 minutes walk to Ari & Sanam pao Station.
** 4 stations by sky train to Platinum mall.
** 5 stations by sky train to Siam square.
** 2 stations by sky train to Weekend market (Chatujak or JJ market) and Or tor kor famous fresh market.
** Many Banks are all around you do not have to worry about money exchange.
