Great house in the heart of South Broad Ripple - easy walk to all the restaurants, bars and shopping! Easy access to Butler and short drive to get downtown or up to Carmel/Westfield. This is a fully dedicated rental completely stocked with anything you would need for a day or week or month, hotel quality linens, spa quality toiletries, easy setup for cooking or just walk to everything nearby! The house is great and is fully stocked for anything you might need - plenty of space and multiple gathering places inside and out (two living rooms + dining room inside and covered front porch, full deck and good sized backyard). Three bedrooms all with queen beds (one ensuite bath) - and a really comfortable foldout couch that converts to queen bed (in living room so not private)

The house was a perfect spot to see the eclipse. Great location and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
This home was exactly as described! We came in on a short notice and David was so accommodating and very proactive. We travel to Indy several times a year and will most definitely stay at his home again! The beds were comfy, the kitchen is well equipped with all necessities. Most importantly, the home was very clean. I would recommend David's home for any occasions in Indy!
Dave was the greatest! If you are looking for an Airbnb, he is your guy. Everything about this was fantastic! The location was awesome and the amenities were above what I expected. My guests were so impressed with the decors and cleanliness of this place. There were some guest who wanted to use this space for their next Airbnb needs. Professional, fair, honest and prompt is how I would describe Dave and my experience.
The host David was Impeccable! He made our stay so comfortable. David was very welcoming and he was prompt at responding to any questions I had. He also sent me a list of things to do around the area. He suggested great bars and restaurant and even suggested I take a look at the location online before I arrived to get an idea of my surroundings. Upon arrival the house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The house was spacious, clean, cozy and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The closets were supplied with hangers and games that were supplied by the host. Although there weren’t TV's in the other two bedrooms we still made the best of it. David took the time to come over and set up the TV channels for us older folks that are not tech savvy lol. It also snowed the first night me and my guest arrived and the next David came over and shoveled to make sure we had a path to safely walk. Overall stay was perfect and will definitely stay again!.

South Broad Ripple (SoBro) is home to amazing restaurants and bars including casual places like Half Liter BBQ, Bulldog Bar, Fat Dan's deli and Twenty Tap. Amazing breakfast like Good Morning Mamma's and Breadworks and weekend brunch at The Aristocrat. Fine Dining like Delicia, Mama Carolla's and unique dining like the Jazz Kitchen or Yat's cajun food. Dessert from the Flying cupcake or Lick Ice Cream. Or just a great local bar/grill at Binkleys. Plus all kinds of unique shopping experiences. All of these are < .5 mile from your door. The drive is only 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Carmel, 25 minutes to the airport.
Great walkable neighborhood, park on either of the off street parking spots or take advantage of the street parking. Monon trail connects the entire city via a "rails to trails" path and is only a 4 minute walk. It is easy to catch an Uber/Lyft or just walk to all you need! Grocery store 3 minute walk away.
