Excellent place for a relaxing vacation ! The villa is conveniently located close to the highway and is easily accessible to all major destinations on the island.

Really enjoyed our stay in Colonia de Sant Pere. Lovely quiet fishing village, non-touristy and with nice restaurants and cafes. All walking distance from the house, which was easily accessible, well equipped and had a great outdoor space which we really enjoyed. Views are also beautiful. We had a couple of issues we had to contact Foravilla about including some building noise nearby, but they were very quick to respond and helpful in actioning it immediately. Would be happy to stay in another of their properties!

The reason for 2 stars is that we couldn't use the pool we paid extra for. We planned to rate this house with 4 stars since it was a spacious and nice house with good AC. To reach 5 stars it would need better beds (quite hard without bed mattresses) and maybe some more kitchen utensils - it's a bit "tedious" (on a vacation) to take care of the dishes between each meal instead of maybe once a day. The downgrade to 2 stars is that we couldn't use the pool due to dust and extremely disturbing and continuous noise. The noise and dust came from an ongoing construction with heavy machinery including jackhammers just one house away. When we contacted the host, they answered that it was further down the road and that it would stop in a few days. Which wasn't much comfort... We understand that it "is a public construction that can happen anywhere", as the host told us. -But why didn't they inform us or lowered the price? Both about noise, dust, and the ants (it's apparently "that period").

Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Zimmereinteilung im Haus ist super, die Anzahl der Badezimmer ebenfalls super. Der Pool sowie der gesamte Außenbereich sind gut geschützt und sauber. Wir stellten morgens fest, dass die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war und bekamen am folgenden Werktag sofort eine neue vorbeigebracht. Die Kommunikation an sich war sehr freundlich und die Antworten kamen schnell. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.
