The airbnb itself was decent. What can certainly improve is the excessive registration and the check-in tasks. To register, I had to text (WhatsA*p) all my details incl. IC pics to a number that was provided by the agent and it turned out that the number provided was incorrect. Duplication of tasks due to two different teams contacting me via Airbnb & WA. Lots of unnecessary back and forth comms and still had to follow up with them to provide me with check-in lock access number. Upon check-in, received another bunch of to-do tasks like taking pics and video of the place. Same for check-out, another set of pics and videos of me returning the access card and keys. It really sounded like the host is extremely risk-aversed as they kept reminding me that Im liable for any damage or stolen items etc which made it feel very unplesant. I quickly reported a faulty electric kettle as soon as I noticed. Ok place, but def will not book with this management team in airbnb again
