Nous avons été déçu. Beaucoup trop de bruit avec l hôtel et les voisins. Le mur des chambres est commun avec les voisins. (bébé hurlant, ou 6 copains en fête en hurlant des chansons en Allemand) Nous avons payé 2500e pour 8 nuits, une arnaque !

Very nice modern house in very central (but busy) location. Great host, very responsive to all requests. Beach is great for small kids and being able to sit on top of the dune in the shade is very comfortable, always a little breeze. Big hotel next door does have louder music on between 8 and 10 pm. Something to be expected in this central & dense neighborhood during summer peak season. We very much enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped and modern house. Thank you!

We have just returned from a week stay in this villa and for anyone looking for a place for a family then look no further. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Access to the beach is through a gate, plenty of restaurant options and supermarkets all in walking distance. We had a 3yo and baby and the villa was amazing; plenty of room, clean, lots of kitchen appliances if you want to eat in and even a playhouse to keep the children amused. Even the little touches made the stay even more easier (lovely cot setup for our baby, plenty of towels and baby changing mat) The hosts were also fantastic being available through out the day, helping us with airport transfer and even providing a shopping service to have food ready for when you arrive. From booking the villa until checking out, everything was well communicated and will definitely be recommending to friends.

Maison très propres, bien équipée, avec un bel emplacement et un jardin avec accès direct à la plage. En revanche, réponse pas très rapide de la personne en charge de la location (pas de WIFI de la semaine, et suspicion de bed bug, la personne n'a pas pris la peine de venir aux heures ou nous étions disponibles.) Aussi il n'est pas précisé dans l'offre que la maison est mitoyenne. Il faut le savoir, car les murs des chambres sont collés...et l'isolation phonique inexistante... Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour.

We were a group with two small toddlers and were looking for a beach front house and Las Gaviotas offered everything we needed. The house has a private access to the beach Playa de Muro which was very convenient being with small children. The house itself was very spacious and equipped with modern amenities. We were provided with two baby cots and high chairs. We had power and water issues in the house, but which was quickly addressed by Foravila. Grocery shopping possibilities are within walking distance, so you don't necessarily need a car. We booked our airport transport directly through Foravila which worked out fine. The only minor negative point is the noise from the nearby hotel.
