TERRIBLE STAY from start to finish. Arrived at the property and was not given the key code to access so was waiting for the unresponsive host. The house needs maintenance. There is no hot water so we were unable to shower. The air con units are broken so there is not cold or hot air. It was very cold in the house so we had to sleep in our coats!! The oven also did not work so we could not cook anything. We reported all this to the host immediately and were told someone would come the next morning to repair everything. We waited at the house all day and nobody came. We regretted not leaving sooner but hoped the repairs would be quick and we could continue our vacation. I contacted the host (a management company) several times sending them videos and pictures of the issues and asking for a time the maintenance man would arrive but they were rude and unhelpful. I requested a refund but they denied. If you want a nice break, book another property and not one managed by this company!!!!
