Step inside the spacious, aptly named sun room, filled with light it has stunning sofas to relax on, a large dining table for memorable mealtimes and French doors lead out to the garden. Go through to the stylish kitchen, with everything you need to cook delicious feasts, and an island/breakfast bar for quick eats. Curl up and watch TV in the lounge, grab a book or play games at the table (the sofa becomes a sofa bed for extra guests). There’s also a handy WC/utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs are the three pretty and bright bedrooms, two double rooms one of which has space to work, a bunkroom, and a stylish contemporary bathroom. Soak up the sun in the wonderful garden relaxing with a book, fire up the BBQ, chill in the summerhouse, potter in the greenhouse, and spend an evening under the stars. Wander to the beach (less than 800 metres away) down the footpath accessed through the secure garden gate. Amble along the beach, go rock pooling, build sandcastles, and take the kids and canines paddling in the surf. Grab a morning coffee at the cafe nearby, and evening drinks at the pub, Bembridge offers a great range of shops, galleries, and eateries. Walk the pups through pretty marshes and woodlands on the Bembridge Trail, and head to Culver Down (2 miles) for breathtaking views.
