It is close to Podgorica airport (50 min). And we can arrange an airport pickup. Choose from renting the entire house or just a room, both inclusive of our exclusive food & wine experience. This wonderful stone house has 3 floors. And has uninterrupted views of the sea. The ground floor is set out with a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have ensuites. One is a single room. One of the rooms has a small living room, ensuite and an additional private entry. The second floor has a large lounge area and three bedrooms. One has an ensuite. There is also an additional shared bathroom and shower on this floor. The house is only a few metres from the seaside and has access to the sea via a pont. NOTE on parking. During the winter months (1 November – 31 March) you will be able to park for free outside the property. During the high season you have to pay for parking which is available at either side of the town. It is best to park on the east side of the town (Kotor side). Parking is free during the low season.
