这房子真的好好，位置也好，也干净，如图片所拍一样，安静舒服，出行方便，有泳池适合我家小朋友，希望在主卧的床上加个软垫，原来的床垫不舒服，太硬了，其他就都很好，房东服务也好好，谢谢你！

The apartment is nice, exactly matching the photos with the amendment that it requires some maintenance. The location is great, very close to the center (walking distance). The building seems to be quite new, the terrace on the roof is great if you want to spend some time in the evening. The down side is there are lots of signs everywhere in the building saying that renting units for short term (Airbnb) is forbidden by law and although you can see there are many tourists roaming around, the people living there are looking at you strange (as you would’ve done something wrong). The swimming pool is not the one that can be seen in one of the photos (that’s a view from the balcony to the next building) but a way smaller one that was closed for maintenance and also has a sign saying the access is allowed only to residents. Overall we had a great time there and I believe the main downside was the cleanness in the apartment that should really be improved. Tung was a great host, very helpful.
