Four comfortable bedrooms with spacious boxspring beds (1.8m x 2m). One bedroom features a sofa bed for 2 guests, and another boasts a private south-facing terrace. The two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two bathrooms with sinks and Italian showers (one on the ground level). Nestled on a 10,000 sqm enclosed ground adorned with olive trees, fig trees, oleanders, lavender, and more, this farmhouse offers a delightful retreat. Children can explore the well-maintained forest area. The swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, can be heated upon request and is secured. Multiple terraces include a south-facing one with a spacious dining table, a lounge terrace with summer loungeset, and a covered, heated terrace with a dining table and barbecue (usable in summer and winter).
