Permit Number: 004141 Welcome to 493 Luxury Suites! This beautifully appointed unit is found on the second floor of a historic building on King Street (above Sewing Down South, as seen on “Southern Charm”). Step into the suite, where an entrance hall leads to the open floor plan kitchen and living space. The living area features comfortable group seating (with a queen-sized sleeper sofa) and a large 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most popular streaming apps. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is ready for preparing your morning coffee or more elaborate meals. The home’s two bedrooms each feature a plush king-sized bed and a Smart TV. The first bedroom is an ensuite with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. The second bedroom utilizes the common bathroom off the hallway with its single vanity and shower/tub combination. The unit also offers a washer and dryer for guest use. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided - complementary - in the back parking lot off St. Philip Street directly behind the building where the elevator is located, making packing and unpacking a breeze. Just make sure to grab the parking pass from inside the unit and place on your dashboard. Additional parking can be purchased for $20 per day from our team with 48hr notice.

Excellent location and great spot to stay in Charleston! Very accessible to everything downtown and it was surprisingly very quiet in the unit considering you are right in the middle of downtown. Access to the day club and free parking made this a very good deal. Would stay again!
