El apartamento es amplio y bien distribuido, PERO no nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí porque: 1. El apartamento no estaba bien limpio: encontramos pelo de los huéspedes pasados en el baño, habían toallas pequeñas sucias entre la cama y la pared. 2. En el piso de arriba estaban construyendo o remodelando durante la semana e iniciaban a las 8:00 a.m. Sanja nunca nos notificó de esto y como estuvimos trabajando, era mucho ruido para soportar. 3. El agua caliente es de uso limitado. Tras unos 7 minutos empieza a salir fría y tarda en volver a funcionar. 4. La descripción del apartamento menciona que hay tanto un parking de espacio público como un parking privado disponible. Esto no es cierto. Es solo un parking comercial público que siempre está lleno y varias veces tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos para poder aparcar. 5. El patio se anuncia como totalmente cerrado, pero no lo está (relevante para quienes viajamos con perros) 6. El apartamento está ubicado frente a un terreno baldío.

Everything was perfect. Sanja is friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her nice attentions, she left us Croatian cookies and a bottle of wine. She also gave us great tips for restaurants nearby. The apartment is well located and very close to the old town but not in a touristy area so we felt like locals. It’s cosy and well decorated. It’s big enough for 4 people. We particularly liked the shower, it was amazing! I really recommend this accommodation and I’ll definitely come back.

I always stay with Sanja when I am in Split, and as usual it was a 5-star stay. She is the best host and the apartment is perfect with everything you need and a central location within walking distance of everything.

Sanja her apartment is beautifully decorated and gives a homely feeling, which you miss at most AirBnb's. It is also recently renovated and has all the amenities you need. The property is centrally located in Split within walking distance of everything (old town and beach). About Sanja as a host, I can only speak with praise. She is by far the best host and communicates directly and friendly. If you require something, she is immediately there for you. 5 stars!
