Thank you Claudia for the smooth accommodation process. Claudia communicates quickly and always answers everything. The accommodation location is perfect if you want to explore Paris. We didn't meet Claudia because she was away. We were welcomed by her housekeeper, who was nice and very helpful. We spent 2 nights here with our family and 2 children (7 and 12 years old). The apartment is older, the kitchen is not very suitable for family cooking, but fortunately we did not plan this and enjoyed Paris and the French restaurant. Parking is a bit complicated because you are in the center. The street in front of the house was always full and there was a parking machine. Finally, we parked in a nearby parking lot under a shopping gallery. Price per day of parking EUR 45. Even though the house is in the center of the city, the street is peaceful and quiet at night.
