Just steps from your door, discover the magnificent Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece charged with mystery and inspiration. Stroll along Boulevard Saint-Germain, famous for its antique bookshops, elegant cafés and refined boutiques. Explore the cobbled streets of the Latin Quarter, the capital's intellectual jewel, where university history and student energy mingle. The proximity of the Sorbonne and the Panthéon adds an intellectual touch to your stay. What's more, the Jardin du Luxembourg offers an oasis of tranquility where you can relax amidst the magnificent flowerbeds. Ideally located, our apartment will enable you to move easily through the 4 corners of Paris and you'll be able to quickly reach the emblematic sites: La Tour-Eiffel, Les Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, le Sacré-coeur... Here's a description of our apartment, perfectly optimized and designed to accommodate up to 6 people: - A living room with sofa bed, TV, side table and dining table, - A fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave... - A first bedroom with a double bed and a closet, - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, - A bathroom with a bathtub, two washbasins and a shower - A shower room with shower and washbasin - A separate WC, - High-speed Internet (Wifi) for seamless connectivity and a TV. - Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was well located ... very short walk to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens and Jardin Des Plantes. Longer but still walkable (if you like to walk on holidays) to the Louvre and even to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomph (close to an hour's walk each). Lots of good restaurants close to the apartment as well as amenities such as supermarkets and pharmacies. We had a few needs for correspondence with the host and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, large apartment, check in instructions were easy. Apartment was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had no problems during the stay.
The location of this apartment is really great with restaurants and transportation close at hand. The apartment appeared to be newly remodeled so everything was nicely clean and fresh. However, the amenities were barebones. Salt, pepper and a few coffee pods; two tea towels; one key for three guests. Be sure to check for a hidden drawer inside the top kitchen drawer for your eating utensils. We had to seek help from the host to find it. This apartment has not been on Airbnb long and felt as if it may have been rushed into opening. If some of the shortcomings are addressed by the host, I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests.

It's also a lively district in the evening, with dozens of restaurants lining Rue Mouffetard and Boulevard Saint-Germain.
