This a 3 bedroom, one bathroom house with a laundry room. We can easily sleep 8 people and can accommodate 10 with our Murphy bed. The master bedroom is upstairs with a kingsized bed for 2, the two downstairs bedrooms each have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full-sized bed on the bottom. With two living rooms, there is plenty of seating to accommodate everyone and the dining table has extra leaves to expand so everyone can sit and enjoy meals together! Nestled into the middle of wine country, this charming cottage is a sweet little getaway for a girl's weekend, a bachelorette party, a couple's retreat, or just an easy escape from the normal grind. The location is between the Seneca Wine Trail and the Cayuga Wine Trail. To get your party started, Swedish Hills Winery is less than a quarter mile down the road and Fleur De Lis Brew Works is about a mile in the other direction! If history interests you, 10 minutes away in Seneca Falls (the stage for It's a Wonderful Life's Bedford Falls), you can visit the Women's Rights National Historical Park or the birthplace of Memorial Day in Waterloo.
