We loved this house and location. Extremely well equipped including things like plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen/cooking necessities, and supplies for going to the beach. The house was super clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and pretty and we loved walking around the beautiful local Arlington park in the mornings and evenings. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was as pictured and described. I was there with nine other family members and the house comfortably accommodated the lot of us. I arrived on for night two but I was told check-in was smooth and easy. We appreciated having the outdoor space available and took full advantage of the gas grill. We were impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was. There were also beach towels, plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, and even a useful buggy to drag things over sand! The house was located perfectly for our needs, being an easy drive to our parent's house in South Sarasota while being very close to the downtown restaurants and cafes. The beach was also easy to reach; I liked that the Siesta Drive route was so close to the house! The checkout process was also straightforward and flexible. Scott was a great host; he was extremely responsive and very flexible regarding my different questions and requests. I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thanks again for everything, Scott!

Amazing place in an amazing location. Very family friendly and a lot of walkable locations within a mile. Close to Siesta Key and downtown. Home was exactly as advertised. Scott was a great host, extremely responsive and would recommend renting from him in the future.
