Enjoy the quiet but central North Shore neighbourhood and your own cosy space with separate entrance. Comfy double bed with fresh bedding. Private full bathroom with shower, bathtub and loo. Stand-up desk with fibre wifi. Lounge chair to chill out. You’ll have access to your own outdoor seating area and free on-site parking. Our space is the perfect base for those on a work trip, solo adventurers, hikers, cyclists, skiers, snowboarders, nature lovers and digital nomads. Studio is the South end of the house and has its own gate and private entrance. All on one level (one doorstep). Coded door lock. The space itself is one room painted white with three windows for plenty of light. Large stand-up desk/table (fibre wi-fi) on one wall as you enter. Your own private bathroom with shower, tub and toilet to your left. Veggie garden outside, garden chair and access to quiet, treed backyard.

Tasha and Dan have created a wee sanctuary. It’s perfect for the solo traveller looking for a comfortable bed and cozy spot to relax at the start and end of their day. It’s a quiet, residential neighbourhood. An easy walk to Lonsdale Quay. A quick bus ride to Vancouver downtown. And it’s very close to lots of good hiking and access to the Sunshine Coast.
Nice little appartment, it was perfect after a long flight and had also some cappuchino, sweets and porridge.
Ich war für eine Nacht bei Tasha und es war wunderbar. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben, sauber, ein sehr komfortables Studio in schöner ruhiger Wohngegend! Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Wasser, Tee & Kekse standen auch bereit. Tasha und ihr Mann sind äußerst nette Gastgeber. Kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder :)
Die Unterkunft von Dan und Tasha hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und bietet den idealen Startpunkt für jedes Vancouver-Abenteuer. Dan und Tasha waren wunderbar erreichbar und die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!
Great spot right over Lion's gate bridge. Quiet neighbourhood. There's no fridge or TV. If you just need a chill space to be near the city, this is it. I would go back. Watch traffic because sometimes it's really backed up on Marine Dr. And across the bridge. Took me 25 minutes to get to the airport at 5:30am.

Norgate is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in North Vancouver. It consists of mainly single story rancher houses built in the 50’s and has charming pathways connecting the different crescent roads.
Norgate is a short walk to Marine Drive with its’ shops, restaurants and transit options and we are also very close to Park Royal Mall for shopping.
We are minutes from Lions Gate Bridge which connects you to Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver in minutes.
The Spirit Trail, which is the North Shore’s fully accessible greenway for walking and cycling, is a 5 minute stroll away.
The nearest beach to us is Ambleside Beach in West Vancouver (20 min walk via the Spirit Trail or a 5-10 min drive).
We are surrounded by loads of parks, forests, rivers etc on the North Shore. We have easy access to the Capilano River park, Cleveland Dam, Grouse Mountain and - further - getting onto the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway to Horseshoe Bay Ferries, Squamish, Whistler and beyond.
Guest can reach us by car (we have plenty of on-site parking out front of the property), transit (Marine Drive transit is a five minute walk to the north) or cycle (the Spirit Trail is a five minute walk to the south).

Hello, we are a family of four, one Canadian, one British husband and two little boys, based in the UK. We are easy-going and considerate people. We are currently about to go on a month long holiday in Corsica and Sardinia before we move permanently to Vancouver, Canada. Big changes and exciting times! 5 favourite places (so far): Marrakesh.
