Bij aankomst kwamen wij niet binnen omdat de host de deur fysiek op slot heeft gedaan en dacht dat wij met de code binnen konden, maar dat was helemaal niet zo. Hierdoor moesten wij 50 minuten wachten, er was geen drink water beschikbaar in de koelkast. Misschien een leuk advies voor de host.

It was a pretty good, comfortable stay overall. Frank was very responsive. I do wish the Netflix on the TV actually worked as advertised, made it pretty boring when chillin at the Airbnb during the night and for some reason the internet on the TV had difficulty staying connected to AirPlay from my phone. The front desk people weren’t very helpful when it came to the check in/out process and also called 15-20 minutes before our checkout to let us know that the maid was there, kinda felt rushed but not Frank’s fault at all. There were many restaurants to choose from and many convenient stores close in case you needed something last minute which was cool.

Really lovely stay! It was clean and I had a very comfortable sleep, amazing views too especially during sunset and sunrise. Very nicely decorated just like the photos. The building also has great amenities & lovely staff which make the stay even better. Supermarkets close by and easy to get around via Uber if you don’t drive. A real home from home experience! Frank & Albanelly were extremely responsive whenever I reached out and very accommodating. Thanks for a great 1st visit to Santo Domingo.
